For my qualitative methods course we’re reading “Rapid Contextual Design: A How-To Guide to Key Techniques for User-Centered Design” by Holtzblatt et al and I was struggling with understanding how each method fit within each other and where they laid on a timeline. Hence, this an overview of the Rapid Contextual Design Process developed by InContext. Probably not the best way to represent it, but I challenge you to come up with something better :p.
